An Unexpected Collection of All-In-One Turntables
It’s kind of amusing how, even though you never intended to collect something, you wind up with a collection of it anyway. This is what happened with me and those all-in-one cabinet turntables (aka nostalgia stereos) that first hit the market in the early 2000s. We started with one, way back in 2004 and now, we find ourselves with four of them, which we really enjoy having and listening to on a regular basis.

My C128 has been cataloging my movies for over 30 years
Ever since the late 80s, I’ve maintained some sort of catalog of my home video collection on my Commodore 128.
LaserDisc: A turntable for your television
LaserDiscs have always been my favorite home video format ever since I bought my first LD player, back in the mid-90s. I knew about it back in the 80s, but I didn’t pay them any attention because they just didn’t make much of an impact with me back then.
